Destination: Americus, Georgia, USA
Americus Georgia is the headquarters for Habitat for Humanity International, and also the boyhood home of President Jimmy Carter, a strong supporter of the program. In Americus we worked with a group from the University of Kentucky on two different projects: building a foundation of a house and laying floor tiles for a dayschool.
